Chakra 5 Presents: Sound Bath February 17

Jamie Bechtold, our Chakra 5 teacher famous for her “Yoga & Sound” classes, will be performing a brand new Sound Bath to ring in 2012 at Against the Stream (4300 Melrose Ave).

Enjoy a soothing, mystical, hour-long concert of gongs, bells and crystal bowls in ATS’s beautiful old historical center!

The Sound Bath is on Friday, February 17th and starts at 7:30pm.

We suggest arriving at 7pm to get properly seated, as this event is very popular.  We have lots of free meditation cushions, yoga mats and blankets for your use, but in limited quantity.  Feel free to bring a pillow and blanket from home to get comfy and bask in the beautiful sounds.

Cost is $20 ($10 for Chakra 5 teachers and sevas!)  Cash is appreciated, but Jamie will also be able to take credit card payments as well.
