Chakra5 offers "Yoga Labs" at specific locations around Los Angeles that occur on a regular basis. Classes are great for for all levels, all body types. Hear great music, make new friends, and learn some interesting new things about your body. We give caring, attentive instruction, both in the fundamentals of yoga as well as in how to modify exercises to be more or less challenging.

• Skylab: More than just a nod to the first U.S. space station, "Skylab" is our Yoga Lab at 13 stories! We'll be making an official announcement soon on our web site and in our newsletter with all the details. You can be part of an exclusive club that will meet regularly to practice yoga on the gorgeous rooftop of the Great Republic Lofts, complete with music and post-practice hot tub soak and refreshments! • Weekly Yoga Labs: Join us every Saturday from 4:30-5:30pm at Creative Seeds, 5443 Pico (at Hauser), Los Angeles, CA. Just $10 for a refreshing, invigorating and soothing yoga class to keep your energy sustained through the week.

Read below about some of the great live talent we've had at our downtown yoga labs: Yoga Lab DJ: Stephen Tisdale Stephen Tisdale is a veritable music historian. His massive vinyl collection of thousands of rare funk, soul and jazz tunes kept him company for many a night in his downtown loft. "Tis" is sharing a taste of his collection with us during our April 7th yoga practice. Don't miss it!

Yoga Lab DJ: Tessa Young Tessa Young aka DJ TessLove is a native of Reno, Nevada who has DJ’d at various lounges and events around LA, including: Wurstkuche, The Viper Room and La Vida. Her influences are broad and range from classic rock to underground hip hop. But, give her any genre, and she will whip you up a mean set.

Yoga Lab Performer: Bergen Moore The notorious bassist from TripHop band ZONK, is freshly returned from a 9 month stint in India. Multi-talented Bergen Moore, a.k.a "Uncle Bergie", will provide live Sitar accompaniment to our class on April 21.

Yoga Lab DJ: Richard Roe Richard Roe One specializes in downtempo, trip-hop and ambient music. You can catch him at his current residency at The Far Bar in Little Toyko.
