Rachelle Anthes studied ballet and music and eventually went on to study theatre in college and graduate school. After a decade of directing, performing and writing for the theatre, Rachelle hit a creative wall and found herself without concrete techniques to work with her mental confusion and emotional pain. Her artistic and spiritual inquiry began to merge. Rachelle was awarded a US Fulbright Scholarship to India in 2004-5 to study the sacred feminine as a performance artist and writer. Since then, she has combined creative expression and personal & community development, developing public art programs, in-school arts residencies and immersion retreats. Rachelle is certified by YogaEd. ™ to teach yoga to grades K-8.
